The Sellrainer Dachstubn is a holiday apartment where my grandparents have already welcomed guests.
In three small rooms at the "Haus Christophorus" guesthouse, travelers were accommodated, served, and above all, entertained by the charming presence of my grandma, "Helli."
Where once were separate guest rooms, there is now a light-filled 2-bedroom attic apartment, in which I currently reside.
One floor down where my grandparents used to live, my parents found a new home.
However, since I travel a lot myself, we have decided, in keeping with the tradition of this house, that we will continue to occasionally receive guests at this location.
So if you would like to spend your time in a privately used apartment that has been lovingly furnished, the Dachstubn could be right for you.
The heart of the Dachstubn is the large living-dining area including a fully equipped kitchen, which not only offers enough space to relax but also to work. Including a ladder that takes you to a loft net with a view of the "Karwendel Gebirge".
There are also two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet.
The Dachstubn is located in the center of Sellrain, halfway between Innsbruck and Kühtai (20 minutes each), directly on the Sellrainer Landesstraße.
The "Bergsteigerdorf" Sellrain and the surrounding region are very popular among nature lovers.
The public transport to Innsbruck and Kühtai, which our guests can use free of charge, stop directly in front of the house. Just like the local grocery store which is really close by.
For those travelling by car, there is also a free parking space at the house.
We are currently accommodating a maximum of 4 people in the Dachstubn for a period of at least 3 nights. Seasonal pricing starts at €120,- per night for two persons (excl. taxes and cleaning). More detailed informations on request.
